UK Delivery and Returns

We want each order to reach you as quickly as possible, in most cases your order will be dispatched within 2 working days of payment. Please allow a maximum of 14 working days for your goods to be delivered, should there be any delay with the expected delivery time we will contact you via e-mail.

Shipping costs are calculated for each individual item in alignment with Royal Mail postage prices. For UK shipping we offer 1st and 2nd Class postage options along with a Next Day courier. Overseas is one flat rate for Europe and the Rest of the World. We ship all over the world, but if for some reason you are having problems checking out to your location please email us on and we will do our best to resolve it.

UK & Ireland: Costs between 50p and £2.80 for standard postage per order* or FREE on all orders over £40 sent by standard post.* excludes wallpaper which is charged at £8 per order.

To track your order contact us with the following information; the date your order was placed, order number, your full name and billing address and phone number and we will check your order status and send you an update.

Our Refunds Policy

If you return a Product to us: (a) because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period (see above), we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you gave notice of cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, and any applicable delivery charges. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. (b) for any other reason (for instance, because you have notified us that you do not agree to a change in these terms and conditions or in any of our policies, or because you consider that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund.

We will refund the price of a defective Product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.
