Tell us about your shop, where you’re based, what you sell, and the overall vibe. What makes you, you?
Brand Academy is a unique platform enabling artists and designers to showcase their products to the public. The revenue generated by the established brands contributes to the support and aid given to the design makers enabling them to derive an income and fulfil their dreams.

Curated, artisanal, and quirky.
What’s important to you as a shop owner/manager?
I prioritise creating an environment where high-quality design is accessible, and I find the most joy in the "aha!" moment when a customer discovers a unique piece they’ve never seen before.
What do you love most about running your shop?
Running the shop has been a beautiful journey, from selecting strong brands for our customers to supporting new designers and watching them grow. Every happy customer who leaves the shop with something special or comments on the incredible selection really makes our day.

Our customers are design-conscious locals and international visitors and tourists who are looking for interesting and unique gifts with a cool personality.
What’s your favourite time of year and why is it so special to you?
Christmas is our favourite time of year because the shop transforms into a festive hub of activity, filled with the warmth of gift-giving and a truly magical atmosphere at the OXO Tower.
Why do you choose to stock Victoria Eggs?
We stock Victoria Eggs because we’ve had a long-standing relationship since sharing a space at the OXO Tower, and we truly admire her ability to capture British nostalgia with such vibrant, modern flair and beautiful illustrations all made here in the UK. Also, our customers love the range, picking up the now iconic Victoria Eggs bauble all year round!
What’s your favourite Victoria Eggs collection?
It’s so hard to pick just one! My favourite is the "London" collection because its intricate hand-drawn details perfectly mirror the energy and iconic landmarks of our own neighbourhood.
