UK DELIVERY & PAYMENT:

Minimum order: £150 (excluding VAT), first order only. There is no minimum on repeat orders.

Prices: All prices are subject to VAT. Delivery: £10 within UK mainland or £15 for Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.

Carriage Paid:Delivery is free on all UK mainland orders over £200. Payment: First order pro-forma, 28 day terms on subsequent orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & PAYMENT:

Minimum order: $200/€200, first order only. There is no minimum on repeat orders.

Import charges: The recipient is responsible for the payment of customs taxes and duties.

Payment: Pro-forma.

Delivery: We will send via courier, you are welcome to arrange collection if preferred.

Lead Times: Orders are usually dispatched within 7 working days, please allow 1-2 weeks from payment.

Damages and shortages: Must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. We cannot accept returns without prior agreement.

Terms and Conditions: Title of goods remain with Victoria Eggs Ltd until settlement is made in full. Third party selling of Victoria Eggs products is strictly not permitted. Strictly no sale or return.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAX

You will be liable for all duties or levies payable at any foreign port as a result of delivery of goods to countries outside of the United Kingdom. Orders made using a credit card from outside the United Kingdom may incur a Foreign Transaction Fee, which you will be liable to pay. Please check before placing your order as you are not entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or levies.
