Victoria Eggs is a proudly British homeware and gift brand creating beautifully illustrated products designed to celebrate the stories, places and moments people love most.

Every piece is thoughtfully designed in Victoria’s studio in Kingston-upon-Thames and lovingly hand-crafted in the UK by skilled British manufacturers. Storytelling sits at the heart of everything we do, from our collections and campaigns to the relationships we build with customers, stockists and partners.

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to support the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity across the business.

We’re looking for someone who understands people, communication and storytelling, and who enjoys creating thoughtful content, building relationships and nurturing a growing UK brand across multiple channels.

This role is focused on execution, coordination and bringing ideas to life. 


The Role

You’ll support the delivery of marketing activity across trade, retail and e-commerce channels, helping to keep projects moving and ensuring the Victoria Eggs brand is represented thoughtfully, consistently and creatively.

The role is varied and practical, combining content creation, e-commerce support, campaign coordination and marketing administration.

You’ll work closely with Victoria and the wider team and external partners, so strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential.

Monday – Wednesday
Flexible daily hours to suit school runs
16 – 22 hours per week

Salary

Competitive salary dependent on experience. £25,000 - £35,000 FTE (Pro Rata)

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Content & Social Media

  • Creating and scheduling social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, with a particular focus on growing Linkedin as a key channel to market. 
  • Supporting the creation of reels, stories, photography and behind-the-scenes content in collaboration with the designer and wider team. 
  • Engagement with our social media audience, to create genuine connection and conversation.
  • Writing tactical captions, blog content and customer-facing copy in the Victoria Eggs tone of voice.
  • Repurposing content across multiple platforms and formats.
  • Assisting with seasonal launches and campaign rollouts.

Email Marketing

  • Building and scheduling email campaigns in Klaviyo and Faire. 
  • Maintaining an engaged data list, including customer segmentation and list organisation.
  • Maintaining and testing automated flows and customer communications to maximise conversion. 
  • Campaign reporting and performance tracking.

E-commerce & Website Support

  • Uploading and updating products, collections and blog content in Shopify and Faire.
  • Supporting website merchandising and seasonal updates.
  • Ensuring website content remains fresh, accurate, consistent and on-brand.
  • Assisting with SEO including creating strong metadata and product descriptions.

Trade & Brand Support

  • Supporting trade launches, events and exhibitions throughout the year.
  • Help coordinate PR opportunities, press outreach and Press Loft uploads.
  • Assisting with stockist communications and marketing materials.
  • Coordinating samples, imagery and marketing assets where required.

Marketing Coordination & Administration

  • Managing marketing schedules, deadlines and content calendars to ensure activity is delivered on time and at the standard required.
  • Organising assets, photography and shared marketing folders.
  • Coordinating approvals to ensure projects move forward smoothly.
  • Reporting and general marketing administration.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, creative, proactive and a strong communicator.

You don’t need to be a senior marketer, but you do need to care about quality, storytelling and customer experience. We’re looking for someone who cares about our brand as much as we do. 

You’ll likely:

  • Have experience in a marketing, e-commerce or content role.
  • Be confident writing clear, engaging copy.
  • Have a good eye for detail, branding and visual presentation.
  • Enjoy building positive relationships with people.
  • Be comfortable juggling multiple projects at once.
  • Be proactive and happy getting stuck in.
  • Understand how to communicate differently to retail and trade audiences.

Ideally, you’ll also have experience using:

  • Shopify
  • Klaviyo
  • Canva
  • Adobe Express
  • Google Drive and project management tools
